Job Title: Senior Project/Program Manager – Insurance

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Senior Project/Program Managers with a strong background in general insurance/financial services to lead and manage high-impact programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mobilizing the program, engaging with CXO-level stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program mobilization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage internal and external candidates for key roles within the program.
- Engage and influence CXO stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and decision-making.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management within insurance or financial services.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile preferred.
