Senior Planning Manager

🌱 Senior Planning Manager – Renewable Energy | £75,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance | Cambridge / Hybrid 🌱

We’re partnered with a well-established renewable energy developer that’s accelerating the UK’s transition to net zero. With a diverse portfolio of Onshore wind and Solar projects, they’re looking for a Senior Planning Manager to play a key role in leading planning strategy and consenting activities across the UK.

The Role:

As Senior Planning Manager, you’ll:

• Lead planning applications and manage the full consenting process for renewable energy projects
• Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants to secure project approvals
• Support site identification, feasibility assessments and EIA coordination
• Work collaboratively across internal teams to bring projects from concept to consent

About You:

• Chartered Town Planner (or equivalent) with strong experience in renewable energy or infrastructure planning
• Proven track record managing complex planning projects
• Strong understanding of UK planning policy and environmental frameworks
• Confident communicator and stakeholder manager

• Salary up to £75,000 DOE
