Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead business change and transformation initiatives for a leading energy sector client. The role focuses on delivering organisational and operational change, ensuring smooth transition, stakeholder alignment, and successful implementation of change programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of business change and transformation projects
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive business change initiatives across operations, processes, and systems
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts across the programme
  • Ensure effective communication and engagement across business teams
  • Oversee governance, reporting, and project documentation
