About Our Client

Our client is a leading consultancy that has partnered with a major utility organisation to deliver a significant digital and operational transformation programme. With mobilisation expected around August, they are looking to engage experienced Project Managers to support delivery across a range of operational and digital workstreams. The programme is expected to focus on improving customer operations, business processes, technology enablement and operational efficiency across a complex utility environment.

Job Description

  • Deliver end-to-end transformation projects across operational and digital workstreams
  • Manage project plans, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate business, technical and third-party delivery teams
  • Support implementation of new processes, systems and operating models
  • Manage project risks, issues and dependencies
  • Ensure delivery against agreed milestones and programme objectives
  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional engagement activities
  • Support transition into business-as-usual operations
  • Produce project reporting and steering committee updates
  • Work closely with Programme Managers and senior stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven project management experience within transformation environments
  • Experience delivering digital, operational or business change projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within utilities, infrastructure or regulated sectors desirable
  • Strong planning, governance and delivery capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid environments
  • Consultancy experience beneficial
