Our client is a leading consultancy that has partnered with a major utility organisation to deliver a significant digital and operational transformation programme. With mobilisation expected around August, they are looking to engage experienced transformation professionals to support programme delivery across a range of workstreams.

This programme is expected to focus on improving operational performance, customer outcomes and business efficiency through a combination of technology enablement, process improvement and business change initiatives.

Job Description

  • Lead a large-scale transformation programme spanning operational, digital and business change workstreams.
  • Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting and delivery frameworks.
  • Manage multiple project streams across technology, operations and customer-focused initiatives.
  • Oversee programme budgets, resource plans, risks and dependencies.
  • Work closely with executive stakeholders, delivery partners and operational teams.
  • Drive successful delivery of transformation outcomes across complex business environments.
  • Support business readiness, adoption and change management activities.
  • Ensure programme objectives align with strategic business goals.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and consultancy delivery teams.
  • Provide leadership across multiple workstreams and delivery functions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong background within utilities, infrastructure, energy, water or regulated sectors.
  • Experience leading operational, digital or customer transformation initiatives.
  • Strong programme governance, planning and delivery capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership teams.
  • Experience managing multiple project managers and delivery workstreams.
  • Comfortable operating within complex and fast-paced environments.
  • Consultancy experience highly advantageous.

What's on Offer

  • £750-£900 per day.
  • Outside IR35.
  • 6 Month Initial Contract.
