PMO Analyst – Energy & Utilities | Permanent | London (Hybrid)
I'm currently supporting a leading organisation in the UK energy industry with the hire of a permanent PMO Analyst to support a portfolio of complex technology, regulatory and business change programmes.
Previous experience working within the energy/utilities sector is essential for this role.
The role will cover:
- PMO governance, controls and programme assurance
- RAID and dependency management
- Programme planning, milestones and delivery tracking
- MI, dashboards and senior stakeholder reporting
- Financial tracking, forecasting and resource planning
- Supporting governance forums and programme/project meetings
- Working closely with Project and Programme Managers across multiple workstreams
- Improving PMO processes, reporting and delivery standards
What we’re looking for:
- Strong PMO Analyst experience within energy or utilities - essential
- Experience supporting complex technology, regulatory or business change programmes
- Strong knowledge of governance, RAID, planning and reporting
- Experience with programme financials, forecasting and resource tracking
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience would be advantageous
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a structured programme environment
