Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Data Governance Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives. This is a delivery-focused role, requiring strong implementation experience rather than advisory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive data governance implementation, including data ownership frameworks and accountability models
  • Define and enforce data policies, standards, and data lifecycle processes
  • Work closely with business teams to identify critical data assets and assign data owners
  • Support and guide stakeholders with practical governance solutions (e.g., campaign data usage, compliance issues)
  • Implement and manage data quality, access controls, and governance tools/catalogues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Tech, Compliance, Business) to ensure data integrity and regulatory alignment

Required Experience

  • Strong experience in data governance delivery / implementation (not advisory)
  • Background in data governance, data quality, compliance, or similar hands-on roles
  • Experience with data governance or data cataloguing tools
  • Proven ability to define data ownership and implement governance processes with real-world examples
  • Strong stakeholder management – ability to present, influence, and secure buy-in
  • Experience working in digital transformation environments
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
