A private equity client is hiring for a consultant who has experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), particularly post-merger acquisition and integration.

• Outside IR35
• Hybrid working – London

Key requirements:

• It is essential that you have experience in ‘fix, transform & cost out ’.
• Expertise in target operating model design and implementation.
• The ideal candidate will have M&A experience in Financial Services.
• Experience in balance sheet optimisation would be highly advantageous.
