- Advanced understanding of Big Fix Architecture, including Clients, Relays, Servers, Web Reports, and Inventory components.
Expert knowledge of Big Fix Inventory with specific focus on
- Hardware Scanning
- Software Scanning
- Capacity Scanning
- Endpoint-level troubleshooting and validation
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot inventory reporting discrepancies from endpoint through to inventory reporting platforms.
- Big Fix Client Deployment & Troubleshooting
- Ability to guide end users through installation and troubleshooting activities remotely.
- Scripting & Deployment Technologies
- Advanced knowledge of Power Shell and Shell scripting used for agent deployment and remediation activities.
- Ability to review deployment scripts, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions
