Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure the proposed solution meets business requirements and acceptance criteria. Build strong relationships with business leaders, product owners, and project teams while ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables. Define test scenarios, review test results, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and operational efficiencies that deliver business value. Essential skills/knowledge/experience: ~7-9 years of Business Analysis Experience with London Market knowledge and expertise. ~ Proven experience leading business analysis activities across complex transformation programmes, with the ability to define business problems, shape outcomes, and deliver business value. ~ Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills, including documenting, managing, and prioritizing functional and non-functional requirements. ~ Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business leaders, sponsors, project teams, and third-party suppliers. ~ Ability to evaluate solution options, develop business cases, assess risks and impacts, and provide clear recommendations to support decision-making. ~ Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, process modelling), ensuring solutions align with business needs and governance standards. ~ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of Financial Services and a track record of delivering cost-effective business solutions.
