Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced Transformers Commissioning Engineer for UK-based National Grid substation projects. The role involves commissioning of 275kVβ400kV power transformers, allowing for a fully remote base with occasional site visits required.
The candidate should possess strong experience in transformer commissioning and familiarity with OMICRON test equipment. This 12-month contract expects the successful candidate to be willing to travel to the site as necessary, but limited to no more than 5 working days per month.
