A leading European specialist contractor within the roofing, cladding & façade sector is looking to appoint an experienced Project Director to oversee delivery of major mission critical and data centre projects across Europe. This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing multiple large-scale projects, leading construction teams, driving commercial performance and maintaining strong client relationships across complex live environments.
The business delivers high-profile projects across sectors including digital infrastructure, commercial, pharmaceutical and industrial construction, with a growing footprint across the European data centre market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project delivery teams across multiple live projects
- Oversee programme, construction, commercial and operational performance
- Maintain senior-level client and stakeholder relationships
- Drive project profitability, quality and HSE standards
- Support strategic planning, resource allocation and project mobilisation
- Manage European project logistics, labour planning and site operations
- Provide leadership across construction and delivery teams
- Report into senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
- 15+ years’ experience within construction/project delivery leadership
- Strong background within: Roofing, Cladding, Façade, Building envelope
- Proven experience delivering medium-large scale projects
- Strong commercial awareness and operational leadership capability
- Experience operating across UK and/or European projects
- Client-facing with strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English required
