Power Platform, Power BI & Security/Compliance Specialist
\n Role Overview
\n We are seeking a Microsoft 365 specialist to support the separation of
Power BI, Power Platform, security and compliance services into the new standalone tenant.
\n The role will also assess existing Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls and ensure appropriate policies and configurations are recreated in the target environment.
\n Key Responsibilities
\n \n
- Assess the existing Power BI and Power Platform estate.
\n - Identify Power BI workspaces, datasets, reports, gateways and dependencies.
\n - Support migration/rebuild of Power BI workloads.
\n - Assess Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse dependencies.
\n - Review connectors, service accounts and integration dependencies.
\n - Support Power Platform reconfiguration within the new tenant.
\n - Review Microsoft 365 security policies requiring recreation.
\n - Support
- Microsoft Purview configuration.
\n - Review DLP, retention and information governance requirements.
\n - Support Microsoft Defender configuration.
\n - Review Conditional Access and identity security policies.
\n - Support migration/recreation of compliance-related configurations.
\n - Ensure approximately 20 inactive/leaver accounts are appropriately handled for compliance requirements.
\n - Support testing and technical validation.
\n - Provide cutover and hypercare support.
