Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integration Delivery Manager / Integration Workstream Lead to support a large and complex digital transformation programme within a public sector environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing integration delivery activities across multiple suppliers, technical teams and business stakeholders within a fast-paced and highly complex enterprise IT landscape. This role requires strong project and stakeholder management capability, combined with a solid understanding of enterprise integration principles and large-scale technology transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Integration workstream from a project delivery perspective.
- Develop and maintain integration delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, governance and reporting activities.
- Coordinate across suppliers, delivery partners, operational stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies impacting integration activities.
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to support integration planning and delivery assurance.
- Ensure supplier integration activities align with programme objectives, timelines and architectural standards.
- Support decision-making by applying integration and architectural considerations across the programme.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide regular status reporting to programme leadership.
- Support integration testing, interface coordination, system interoperability and data flow activities across multiple platforms and applications.
- Operate effectively within a large-scale, fast-paced transformation environment.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience delivering or supporting Integration Delivery workstreams within large-scale IT or digital transformation programmes.
- Strong project management and delivery coordination experience.
- Experience managing suppliers, stakeholders, governance, risks and reporting activities.
- Good understanding of integration concepts including:
- System interoperability
- APIs and interface management
- Data mapping and transformation
- Integration and system testing
- Broad understanding of enterprise IT environments including infrastructure, applications, cloud services, networking, security and operational service management.
- Ability to work across complex delivery ecosystems involving multiple suppliers and technical teams.
- Comfortable working within fast-paced, high-pressure programme environments.
Desirable Experience
- Public sector experience highly desirable.
- Previous policing or law enforcement programme experience would be advantageous.
- Experience working within regulated or secure environments preferred.
Additional Information
Hybrid working model with 2 days onsite in Central London. NPPV clearance is mandatory for all candidates. Candidates available at short notice or immediately available are highly preferred.
