This role leads health, safety, and environmental performance for live data center operations across the EMEA region. The Director is accountable for managing operational risk, meeting regulatory requirements, and ensuring company HSE standards are applied consistently across all operating sites.
The focus of the role is on operational safety, contractor oversight, and continuous improvement. The position builds regional HSE capability, strengthens governance and learning processes, and supports safe delivery of maintenance and service activities. Note: This role covers operations only and does not include construction HSE. The Director will work closely with construction teams to support effective handover of facilities into operations.

Experience and Qualifications:

- 5+ years in a senior HSE leadership role covering multiple sites and countries.
- Strong knowledge of operational safety systems and contractor management.
- Experience managing regulatory compliance in different countries.
- Confident communicator with strong leadership presence.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA (around 25–50%).
