The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join a major hyperscale Data Centre project in Kouvola, Finland. This role will take ownership of the planning function across the GC scope, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale CSA and MEP packages on a complex mission critical project.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project planning function
- Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 programmes
- Oversee programme coordination across CSA & MEP scopes
- Monitor critical path activities, risks and project milestones
- Support project delivery and recovery planning
- Coordinate with Project Directors, Construction Managers and subcontractors
- Produce regular progress reports and programme updates
- Analyse delays, impacts and sequencing issues
- Support commissioning and handover planning activities
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lead Planner or Senior Planner on large-scale construction projects
- Strong CSA & MEP planning experience essential
- Data Centre / Mission Critical experience highly desirable
- Proven experience on large-scale projects
- Advanced Primavera P6 capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced delivery environments
