The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join a major hyperscale Data Centre project in Kouvola, Finland. This role will take ownership of the planning function across the GC scope, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale CSA and MEP packages on a complex mission critical project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the project planning function
  • Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 programmes
  • Oversee programme coordination across CSA & MEP scopes
  • Monitor critical path activities, risks and project milestones
  • Support project delivery and recovery planning
  • Coordinate with Project Directors, Construction Managers and subcontractors
  • Produce regular progress reports and programme updates
  • Analyse delays, impacts and sequencing issues
  • Support commissioning and handover planning activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Lead Planner or Senior Planner on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong CSA & MEP planning experience essential
  • Data Centre / Mission Critical experience highly desirable
  • Proven experience on large-scale projects
  • Advanced Primavera P6 capability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced delivery environments
