Administer and maintain Jira Cloud/Data Center environments. Configure and manage projects, workflows, issue types, screens, schemes, and dashboards. Manage user access, roles, groups, and permission schemes. Design and implement Jira automation rules and notifications. Support Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Integrate Jira with third-party tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Slack, CI/CD tools, and Confluence. Create custom fields, reports, filters, and dashboards based on business requirements. Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide user support/training. Perform system upgrades, plugin management, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to optimize workflows and processes. Ensure platform security, governance, and best practices are followed.
