Responsibilities
- Providing business and systems analysis services to high-profile clients.
- Exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Working closely with Front/Middle/Back Office, Operations, and Finance business users, responsible for gathering, documenting, and delivering requirements and use cases through to user acceptance and implementation.
- Partnering with business users as part of a diverse project team and being recognized as an Endur expert.
- Defining and implementing functional processes and data solutions to handle all system service activities.
- Mentoring junior consultants.
- Writing specifications and design documents.
Qualifications
- Numerate degree.
- Experience of working in at least one major energy market (Power, Gas, LNG, Oil, Renewables).
- Experience of working on Endur version v16 onwards.
- Exposure to and understanding of the full trade lifecycle allied with strong knowledge of the system business processes.
- Demonstrable experience in design and implementation of mission-critical system processes like End-of-Day, exchange integration, and inbound and outbound integration with Endur.
- Understanding of software implementation and testing principles.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of Openlink software applications.
- Working knowledge of more technical aspects of OpenLink such as OpenJVS, OpenComponents, Report Builder, TPM is advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience of problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing working environments and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work without supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workload under pressure.
