London (50%)/International (up to 10% travel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation work, encompassing design, configuration, functional testing, and support

transition to operations of Endur solution.

• Provide strategic advisory services to clients on the implementation of Endur Gas, Power,

Renewables, LNG, or Crude and Refined Products for upgrades or implementations.

• Collaborate with clients to determine business requirements and processes to be addressed

by key areas of the Endur solution, with the ability to identify improvement potential and drive

change management.

• Serve as the subject matter expert and lead BA for Endur for all functional aspects of both

physical products & derivatives.

• Demonstrate deep knowledge in key modules of Endur and commodity/energy operations,

financial products, risk management, and accounting.

• Ensure that the business analyst team documents updates and maintains business

requirements, implementation designs, test plans/results, and other deliverables required by

the project.

• Report the progress and status of the business analyst teams\’ streams of work to the project manager.

• Follow implementation best practices, documentation standards, and resolution process flow

for all project deliverables.

• Collaborate with technical teams to create customizations based on specific client needs

• Conduct ad-hoc risk analysis around complex transactions.

• Provide industry and functional advisory as needed.

• Provide support and guidance to team members in evaluating requirements and developing

test cases.

• Work proactively with ETRM vendor to maintain the health of ETRM environments and create

support requests for defects and fixes.

• Quickly learn and adapt to new features to support business goals.

• Lead the Business Analyst team to perform positive and negative unit testing for solutions prior

to releases and assist with user acceptance testing.

Key Requirements:

• Should have been a key part of at least three large engagements for Endur end-to-end

implementation or upgrade projects in Gas, Power, Renewables, LNG, or Crude and Refined

Products.

• Worked as part of a cross-cultural/geographical team including flexibility to support multiple

time zones when necessary.

• Worked as part of a project team structure and delivered results with limited guidance.

• Ability to travel to onsite client locations for a limited time as per project requirements.

• Bachelor\’s degree or comparable work experience.

• 7+ years of experience supporting ETRM systems, Endur experience, including design,

configuring, and troubleshooting.

• 5+ years\’ experience within the commodity trading/marketing industry.

• 5+ years of project-related experience.

• Strong knowledge of Natural Gas, Power, Environmental products, and LNG markets.

• Experience with Endur architecture (front, middle, and back-office modules).

• Experience working with SQL.
