Experience: β’ 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer (L2/L3) in enterprise environments ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) β’ ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) β’ ITIL Foundation β’ Experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and ITSM best practices. Strong experience in ServiceNow scripting: β’ Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions β’ Good understanding of CMDB, CSDM concepts, CI relationships, and data quality controls β’ Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and data imports β’ Ability to troubleshoot performance issues, script errors, ACLs, and customization conflicts β’ Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade planning, regression testing, and best-practice configurations Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow platform customizations as per business requirements β’ Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow incidents, defects, and enhancement requests β’ Troubleshoot complex issues related to scripting, access controls, inegrations, and data integrity β’ Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and regression testing activities β’ Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, avoiding unnecessary customizations β’
