Description We are seeking an experienced D365 CI-J Developer to join our dynamic team.
This role requires extensive expertise in configuring and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys modules.
Key Responsibilities * Configure and customize D365 Sales module in alignment with business requirements. * Develop solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (CI-J) to enable robust customer engagement capabilities. * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Design and implement flows and automation processes using Power Automate, enhancing platform functionality and streamlining processes. * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions to ensure system performance and scalability. * Perform regular system testing, updates, and enhancements, adhering to best practices in D365 development. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of D365 solutions with other business applications. * Create technical documentation, including configuration guides, design specs, and user manuals.
