Are you an experienced Service Analyst looking to take on an exciting challenge? A leading company within the energy sector is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team and helpsupport the operational delivery of services for customers
As a Service Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that the services provided to customers adhere to established business rules and meet the agreed-upon performance standards. This position is pivotal in customer support, focusing on ongoing service improvements to reduce disruptions and promote increased adoption of self-service options.
Key Responsibilities as a Service Analyst:
- Continuously monitor and assess data and risks, promptly identifying any issues.
- Keep colleagues and line managers informed of significant operational challenges and concerns.
- Investigate the root causes of issues and assist in their resolution.
- Develop expertise in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation techniques.
- Prepare and deliver analysis, reports, recommendations, and insights to panels, committees, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the validation and upkeep of critical data.
- Assist in implementing service changes and improvements.
- Address and resolve customer service inquiries efficiently.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of knowledge management systems and content.
Service Analyst Desirables:
- Developing knowledge of the GB electricity market
- Experience in customer service.
- Able to present to groups of people
- Provide knowledge management content
- ITIL
