One of the fastest growing and highest rated commercial energy suppliers in the UK are looking to recruit an experienced customer orientated Collections Agent, based in their offices in Leeds (Hybrid Working). The role of a Collections Agent presents a great chance to step into the energy sector and be a crucial part of a lively team. You will be involved in different areas of their operations, actively participating in their continuous internal expansion. In this position, handling accounts efficiently will be key, providing top-tier customer support while playing a vital part in the effectiveness of their collections efforts.
The Individual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and other IT systems
- Professional telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Logical thinker with the ability to resolve queries
- Excellent organisational skills to manage workload, phone calls, and queries
- Team player, eager to share ideas and collaborate with colleagues to improve the business
- Knowledge of the energy sector is useful but not essential
