Client Account Manager – Energy Consultancy

A UK-based boutique energy consultancy is seeking a Client Account Manager to join its Client Services team. The company provides energy procurement and consultancy services to a diverse range of commercial clients, including those in the Independent School sector. Reporting To: Client Services Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Oversee a portfolio of fixed-price contracts, including periodic tendering, meetings, calls, and procurement strategy support.
- Procurement Projects: Collaborate with tendering managers on client instructions, site changes, renewable energy initiatives, and tender report content.
- Client Support: Serve as the main point of contact for a designated group of clients, providing energy market insights and maintaining strong relationships.
- Client Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings, video presentations, and attend client networking events as needed.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, particularly in bureau and carbon data/reporting.
