Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Strong experience working with CIS Controls v8.1 and implementing security best practices.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing BMC Helix solutions including ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and automation platforms.
- Hands‑on expertise in BMC Remedy/Helix architecture, integrations, workflows, forms, escalations and service management processes.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and enterprise IT service management best practices.
- Experience integrating BMC Helix with cloud, infrastructure, monitoring and third‑party enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of automation, orchestration and AI‑driven service management capabilities within BMC Helix environments.
- Experience working within large‑scale enterprise or retail environments supporting transformation and operational improvement programs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve complex platform and integration issues.
- Experience in platform upgrades, migrations, performance tuning and environment optimization activities.
