Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to lead the delivery of offshore and onshore subsea cable projects, including
HV export and inter-array cable installation .
The role will have end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, working closely with engineering teams, subcontractors, clients and offshore installation partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial planning through to completion, including scope, programme, budget and delivery.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors and project partners.
- Develop safe, efficient and commercially viable installation strategies.
- Provide engineering input across technical and economic feasibility stages.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, site administration and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, proposals and contracts.
- Support tender preparation, including installation methodology, tender analysis and cost estimates.
- Coordinate offshore vessels, marine logistics, cable lay operations and mobilization activities.
- Attend client, site and offshore meetings as required.
- Lead meetings with clients, authorities, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, risks, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
- Provide regular project reporting and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in
Engineering, Marine, Renewable Energy or a related discipline.
10+ years' relevant industry or EPCI experience , ideally within subsea/offshore cable projects.
- Strong experience with offshore vessels, marine logistics and cable installation operations .
- Experience managing HV export and/or inter-array cable projects.
- Strong commercial, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken
English ; Korean would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
