Own the end-to-end Incident Management lifecycle for MHHS services, including logging, categorisation, prioritisation, investigation, escalation, resolution, and formal closure, with the objective of restoring service as quickly as possible.
Initiate, lead, and control Incidents maintaining command and control, coordinating resolver groups, and driving timely decision-making until service restoration.
Assess and continually review business, operational, and market impact to ensure incidents are prioritised correctly and escalated appropriately.
Manage stakeholder and market communications, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent incident notifications, updates, and resolution confirmations.
Monitor and manage SLA performance, including response and resolution targets, appropriate use of SLA holds, and accurate time recording within incident records.
Ensure incident record quality, including correct classification, clear timelines, decision logs, and auditable update history.
Identify recurring incidents and trends, raising and linking Problem records to support root cause investigation and long-term remediation.
Capture and maintain workarounds, fixes, and lessons learned within incident records and knowledge articles to reduce repeat incidents.
Provide continuous operational oversight to protect service stability and market confidence during live MHHS operations.
