About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Endur Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Endur-based trading solutions for a major commodities and energy trading business. The role requires deep Endur expertise combined with strong architecture and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define Endur solution architecture aligned with business and technology strategy.
  • Lead architecture decisions across trading, risk, operations, and finance domains.
  • Design scalable and resilient Endur solutions and integrations.
  • Provide technical leadership to development and delivery teams.
  • Review existing architecture and recommend improvements.
  • Drive Endur implementation, upgrade, and optimisation initiatives.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and governance standards.

Required Experience

  • Extensive Endur/Openlink experience, including architecture leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of ETRM platforms and commodity trading processes.
  • Experience designing complex Endur solutions and integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of front-to-back trade lifecycle processes.
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven delivery experience within commodities or energy trading organisations.

Desirable

  • Experience with cloud-based architecture and modern integration patterns.
  • Exposure to power, gas, LNG, oil, metals, or multi-commodity trading.
  • Previous experience leading large-scale Endur transformation programmes.
