- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Ability to elicit, document, and analyse business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- System Integration Knowledge
- Understanding of APIs, middleware, data flows, and how systems communicate across platforms.
- Data Mapping & Transformation
- Skill in identifying how data moves between systems and ensuring accurate mapping and formatting.
- Process Modelling
- Creating visual models of workflows, data flows, and system interactions to clarify integration points.
