Role : BA with insurance or banking experience Location: Remote UK (Travel to Paris/Brussels a possibility every fortnight for 2 days at a time) Type: Contract Note: Exposure of AI Tools is required. We have a role at a global Insurance provider, for which we need a Consultant level resource to play a support role in an established team – likely for the duration of the next year, . Travel to Paris/Brussels a possibility every fortnight for 2 days at a time. French speaking would be good, but not essential. Could also be Paris or Brussels based. Scope of role: (1) support global / local operations with testing and the roll-out of AI solution (2) support execution of the tasks in the plan (BA type work) and build reporting / status upto SteerCo level (3) support transitioning to the new operating model with the new Digital AI product innovation (Chat Bots – Customer facing solutions). Skills: appreciation of AI tools, the set up required and deployment to customer service functions Planning both waterfall and in sprints/agile basic BA skills – process, comfortable with manipulation of basic data in XLS. stakeholder engagement /communication decent level powerpoint for status updates etc. has worked in a project that has deployed change to processes and the way people work (ideally customer service agents who now use AI to help them solve customer queries)
