Contract: Business Analyst – ETRM / Risk
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Rate: Up to £1,100 per day (OUTSIDE IR35)

I'm partnering with a leading global commodities organisation who is seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to support a high‑profile transformation programme within its trading and risk function. This is a senior delivery role requiring deep Endur expertise and strong risk domain knowledge, working closely with front office, risk, and technology teams in a fast‑paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business analysis across trading and risk initiatives within an ETRM landscape
- Work closely with Front Office, Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Operations stakeholders
- Translate complex trading and risk requirements into clear functional specifications
- Support enhancements and configuration within Endur (including risk, PnL, and valuations)
- Drive workshops, gap analysis, and solution design across global teams
- Act as a bridge between business users and technology delivery teams
- Support testing, UAT, and production releases as required
- Proven experience as a Senior / Lead Business Analyst in commodity trading environments
- Deep, hands‑on Endur experience (essential)
- Strong knowledge of market risk, credit risk, and trade lifecycle
- Experience working with front office and risk stakeholders
- Ability to operate autonomously in complex, high‑pressure environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Availability to work 3 days per week onsite in London
- Prior involvement in ETRM transformation or optimisation programmes
