We are seeking a Senior GCP Cloud Network & Infrastructure Engineer to join a large-scale Public Cloud Platform within a regulated enterprise environment. This role has a strong focus on GCP Networking at enterprise scale, combined with Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps practices. You will work on both production and non-production environments, supporting platform stability, scalability, and secure cloud adoption across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on engineering across GCP Cloud Networking at enterprise scale
- Design, build, configure, and optimise GCP network architectures
- Work on major networking initiatives including sustaining engineering & technology refresh
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise connectivity issues across the platform
- Manage and resolve Incidents and Problems related to GCP networking and connectivity
- Work closely with platform, security, and application teams to improve overall stability
- Review and provide feedback on Terraform and infrastructure code
- Develop, deploy, and own the full lifecycle of cloud networking solutions
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with security, control, and governance requirements

Qualifications
- Senior-level GCP Cloud Engineering experience with a strong networking focus
- Hands-on Terraform / Terraform Cloud
- Strong understanding of cloud security, identity, and governance
- Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments
- Ability to operate in production-critical environments
- GCP Certifications (Professional Cloud Network Engineer / Architect preferred)
- Experience acting as a technical SME or consultant
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
