The
Role: Working as part of a multi-disciplined team to implement and support complex reconciliation solutions, the role will encompass using a variety of software tools and analytical skills to deliver high quality, fully functional reconciliation processes to the finance business community.
Involved in the full end-to-end project lifecycle, the software engineer is responsible for the design/development/configuration of the solution and will also provide technical support and guidance during the design/analysis and testing phases, as well as delivering training and post implementation support to the end users.
Your responsibilities: Third party application development and support Experience of working in software application development/support role in fast paced client facing environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to convey technical solutions in a visual manner.
Strong analysis skills, to quickly identify and resolve client incidents.
Customers focused to support incidents and ensure that they actioned in a timely manner.
Quality driven approach to deliver highest standard reconciliations at pace.
Team working Ability to collaborate closely with clients and analysts to establish requirements and form them into viable outline and detailed designs: Participating in client meetings and workshops Designing solutions or sub-sets of solutions at a complex level
