Air Hygiene Technician – Greater London and Surrounding Areas – £27k-34k

Main Air Hygiene Technician Tasks:
- Conduct Ventilation Hygiene Assessments
- Perform Ventilation and Kitchen Extract Cleaning following TR:19 guidelines
- Carry out Fire Damper Testing and Inspections in accordance with British Standards & Fire Safety regulations
- Monitor and sample Indoor Air Quality
- Inspect and maintain Local Exhaust Ventilation systems
Key Skills and Experience:
- Full UK driving license.
- Relevant training certificates for air services.
- Proven experience in air hygiene or related services.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility with working hours (including days, nights, and occasional weekends).
- Willingness to travel and stay away when required.
- DBS check required.
- CSCS card (beneficial).
