Position Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled Team Manager to lead the GFS Admin team in the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll oversee the precise administration of treaties, ensuring compliance with SOX regulations, and driving operational excellence. As a leader, you’ll mentor a talented team, improve processes, and contribute to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence in treaty administration.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule, maintaining compliance with SOX regulations.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team environment.
  • Continuously review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize your expertise to support other RGA entities outside the EMEA region as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the bulk annuity pension market and its impact on reinsurance administration, especially longevity business.
  • Expertise in defined benefit pension schemes and individual annuities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
