Experience progressing projects through formal Service Design & Introduction (SD&I) or Service Acceptance governance processes.
Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management principles, particularly Service Design, Transition, and Service Acceptance.
Will be responsible for authoring the Service Design Document (SDD) for the service which articulates the service model, service management processes and transition approach to a low level of detail.
Will work with all BAU service management teams and operational stakeholders to ensure all their criteria for accepting the service into live are met.
