Once a week in Central London office
We are supporting a large pharmaceutical client on a major AI/technology-enabled regulatory change programme. This is a large-scale, multi-year initiative working with an established team across Programme Management, Change, Communications, and Training.
The role will focus on building training and capability across the organisation, supporting adoption of new processes, technology, ways of working, behaviours, and mindsets through an iterative training approach.
Key Responsibilities- Establish scope, objectives, and ways of working with stakeholders across programme, change, comms, and learning
- Define training tools, templates, and approaches including Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Conduct TNA to identify skills and capability gaps for pilot groups and future rollout
- Develop metrics to measure training effectiveness
- Create workstream training plans and materials using outputs from Change Impact Assessments
- Deliver training to pilot groups and support L&D with training pathways
- Contribute to a Change, Communications, and Learning playbook capturing best practice and pilot learnings
