40 hours per week. We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Carpenter. The overall purpose of the Multi Skilled Carpenter role is to effectively and efficiently undertake carpentry repairs and renewal of carpentry components for Llanw within Valleys to Coast housing stock and other properties in a variety of disciplines, working independently or as part of a team.

We are looking for someone with City & Guilds in Carpentry and joinery or extensive previous experience in Carpentry. You should be able to demonstrate a minimum of at least two other qualifications or proven experience in other trade disciplines.

As part of the role you will support the management of the general repairs team by creating a high support, high challenge environment for colleagues to deliver the purpose of the organisation. You will be required to ensure that all work is completed to deliver excellence, efficiency, integrity, compliance and quality. You will also support the effective delivery of the operational plan, to demonstrate interest in the Bridgend borough, social housing and our customers.
