37 hours per week. We are currently recruiting for an Asset Data Administrator. The overall purpose of the Asset Data Administrator role is to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Data Asset Team.
As part of the role, responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the asset team email inbox.
- Liaising with colleagues and customers to provide advice.
- Processing invoices and maintaining the asset management system.
- Inputting, editing, removing, and monitoring data.
- Supporting WHQS submission.
- Providing timely reports to senior management and advice on system capabilities.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as Welsh Government, Local Authority, and Consultants.
