We are now seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our expanding team.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Welder Fabricator located in Andover. The role involves day‑to‑day tasks such as welding and fabricating automotive components, chassis, and restoring classic cars, while ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, performing metal fabrication, and collaborating with the team to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out MIG welding to a high standard on a variety of vehicles and components.
- Fabricate and repair panels, brackets, and structural components as required.
- Carry out modifications, bespoke parts, and “restomod” conversions.
- Perform occasional TIG welding (advantageous but not essential).
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicle parts to complete fabrication tasks.
- Work to precise measurements with attention to detail and finish.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
Skills & Experience
- Proven welding and fabrication experience, ideally within the classic, custom, or motorsport vehicle sector.
- Strong MIG welding skills; TIG welding and sheet‑metal fabrication experience desirable.
- Ability to fabricate from drawings or templates.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
