We are a well-established, trusted delivery partner for UPS, DPD, FedEx and others - and we are looking for reliable, customer-focused drivers to join our expanding team in South Wales. Current roles available focus primarily on local multi-drop routes for UPS (United Parcel Service).

Start your day at the UPS Cardiff depot in St. Mellons (CF3 2EU), where your van is pre-loaded by our sorting team. After your vehicle safety checks and reviewing your planned route on the delivery device, you will typically deliver around 55-80 parcels per day across the Cardiff region.
Between the team we cover routes including Monmouth, Abergavenny, Chepstow, Newport, Blackwood, and surrounding areas - no city centre congestion, making the work smoother and more efficient. After completing your deliveries, you will return to the depot, complete your paperwork, and hand the van back.
Working HoursMonday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Although, the team typically finishes together by around 4.30pm on most days. Flexibility is required in return during peak periods. Occasional Saturday - approx. once every six weeks (paid overtime).
What You Need- Valid, full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points and minor offences only).
- At least 2 years' driving experience (personal or work), including vans.
- For insurance purposes, minimum age 25.
- Access to your own transport for commuting to and from the depot.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Able to pass a basic DBS check.
- Strong work ethic - reliable, committed, and safety-conscious.
- Flexible and able to work as part of a small, supportive team.
- Smart appearance and a customer-friendly approach.
- Physically fit – able to lift parcels up to 25kg and step in/out of the van regularly.
