Safeguarding is the most important work that we do at Valley School. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We have a very low turnover of teaching assistants and when people do leave us it is often to retire or for career progression including teaching or therapy posts.
The successful candidate will be based in a class with approximately 8 pupils. High quality ongoing continued professional development is provided within school for all staff.
