Our nursery offers 42 places for 2 and 3/4-year-olds, creating a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment where every child is known, valued and encouraged to thrive. The successful candidate will:
- have an Early Years Qualification (Level 3)
- have experience of working within an early-years setting
- have up-to-date knowledge and clear understanding of the requirements and delivering the EYFS framework within a pre-school or nursery setting
- experience of planning within the EFYS curriculum
- a willingness to attend meetings and training appropriate to the role
- experience of working with children with additional needs
- have relevant experience delivering the EYFS framework within a pre-school or nursery setting
- have a secure knowledge of child development
- be able to work well as part of a small team
- bring excitement into the curriculum
- have Paediatric First Aid certificate or willingness to attend training
- have a DSL (designated safeguarding lead) certificate or willingness to attend training
