As our Account Growth Specialist, you'll be the bridge between exceptional service and commercial

- What you’ll be doing
- Manage a diverse portfolio of existing customers, maintaining regular contact and proactively
ensuring their satisfaction. - Make regular outbound calls to build relationships and uncover opportunities
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and
introducing new solutions. - Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that genuinely add value
- Build and nurture long-term, trusted partnerships that foster loyalty and encourage repeat
business - Identify and manage opportunities within your sales pipeline
- Resolve customer queries and work with internal teams to deliver a great experience
- Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure account alignment and
smooth internal communication. - Work towards account growth, revenue and retention targets
