The Lenham School is an OFSTED GOOD school with an exciting opportunity to join our successful team. The role of Careers Advisor is for an enthusiastic, committed and motivated professional who would like to work in a school that provides a wealth of opportunities for both pupils and staff, and who wants to be part of a family friendly, team‑based workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Provide career guidance and support to pupils and staff, promoting a culture of development and opportunity.
  • Work with the school team to ensure students receive appropriate career information and support.
  • Support the appointment of relevant courses and opportunities.

We will support the candidate to achieve a level 6 qualification through an apprenticeship.
