We are seeking a skilled, proactive and enthusiastic HR Adviser to join our busy HR Team, supporting schools across the Trust. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings the energy, resilience and drive needed to support a growing organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Navigate increasingly complex employment legislation, applying sound judgement balancing policy, risk and operational needs.
- Manage a diverse range of employee relations cases, provide pragmatic advice to leaders, and ensure fairness, consistency and compliance across the workforce.
- Build strong relationships, influence and coach managers within a developing HR function.
