Valley Invicta Academies Trust is looking to recruit an Office Manager to our Primary School at Aylesford. This position is full-time, term time only plus an additional 3 weeks, working Monday to Thursday from 8.00-16.00 and Friday 8.00-15.30.

Start Date: May 2026.

Salary: VIAT 6 £26,196-£29,774 pro rata to £29,099-£33,074.

Closing Date: 17 April 2026 at 12 noon.

Responsibilities:

  • The administration and office team is the backbone of the school.
  • This position is key in overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of administrative processes and procedures which enable our staff to deliver a first class education and supportive, nurturing pastoral support to our pupils.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Are you highly organised with meticulous attention to detail?
  • Composed, calm and work well under pressure?
  • Deadline driven and solution focused?
  • Proactive, working with pace and urgency?
  • A supportive team player who can work as a group or independently?
  • We are looking for someone with a solid background in administration / admin management, with previous experience of working within a busy office environment.
  • Previous work within a school environment is desirable but not essential.
