An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Database Administrator to join our Operations Team at Valley House. You will be joining a multi service charity based in Coventry. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £13,000 per annum. 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata'd) with an additional day's leave for every 2 years of service, up to a maximum of 29 days per year. A contributory pension scheme. What We Do Valley House provides supported accommodation for vulnerable individuals and families, as well as a range of community services. You will be responsible for the service user data management information system. · To collect and analyse data to identify trends and provide the organisation with valuable information that can be used to improve services. · Be the expert user of the service user data management system and support staff in expanding their knowledge of the system and assist them in using it to its full capability. · To provide training for staff, ensuring they understand the data management system. · Analyse and interpret information from the service user data management system to provide up to date information and reports, including quality monitoring. · Provide quarterly reports to the Senior Management Team and the Board, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act. · Support the ongoing development and review of our internal...
