Ainscough Crane Hire is seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to cover the East Yorkshire region.

Job Purpose/Objectives
To maintain and increase revenue in the territory by developing a sales pipeline and building relationships with existing and prospective clients, aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trading relationships with current clients and new prospects to drive sales growth.
- Maintain CRM platform accuracy regarding client activities.
- Respond promptly to sales leads across the business.
- Meet or exceed appointment and meeting targets aligned with KPIs.
- Achieve sales targets within pricing guidelines.
- Negotiate contracts with new clients within set parameters.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts on pipeline and projects to the Regional Sales Manager.
Person Specification
Education, Knowledge, and Experience
- Proven sales experience with influencing and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of crane hire and the market is advantageous but not essential.

- Educated to A-Level or equivalent.
