Valley CIDS is seeking a standalone Training & Development Manager to design, coordinate, deliver, and assess training across all retail sites in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and High Peak. The role drives consistency in training and supports colleague and volunteer development to boost the charity’s retail performance.
You will travel regionally to deliver inductions, coach staff, and maintain training records while working with senior management to report on progress and outcomes.
